做實(shí)驗(yàn)常常需要用到離心，不同資料上看到的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速單位卻不一樣，通常有兩種表示方式：離心力（g），即重力加速度；和每分鐘轉(zhuǎn)速（rpm， revolutions per minute）。其中g(shù)有時(shí)也會(huì)用相對(duì)離心力（rcf, relative centrifugal force）表示。

g值（rcf）取決于離心機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速 rpm 和有效離心半徑 r （單位：cm） ,可用以下公式換算：

清洗細(xì)胞

常規(guī)清洗細(xì)胞 - 離心速度300 g ，離心時(shí)間5 - 10分鐘，室溫*，開啟離心機(jī)剎車。

溫和清洗細(xì)胞 - 離心速度100 g ，離心時(shí)間5 - 6分鐘，室溫，開啟離心機(jī)剎車。

清洗復(fù)蘇后的細(xì)胞 - 離心速度300 g ，離心時(shí)間5 - 10分鐘，2 - 8°C，開啟離心機(jī)剎車。

分離細(xì)胞

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Ficoll離心 - 離心速度400 g ，離心時(shí)間30分鐘，室溫，關(guān)閉離心機(jī)剎車；或離心速度1200 g ，離心時(shí)間20分鐘，室溫，關(guān)閉離心機(jī)剎車。
